“Very nice”

“Una splendita villa: ampia, due bagni e TV di grandi dimensioni, nel salone e in stanza letto con biancheria di fine fattura. La sua posizione è unica a pochi passi dal mare, dove vedere tramonti fino a tardi e godersi la vista di un mare turchese come pochi altri. E poi grazie al suo host Nick: sempre disponibile, che ci ha informato e dato consigli piu che amichevoli. Grazie Nick un abbraccio da Carla e Fabrizio ”

“Very well appointed, dishes, utensils, clean, comfortable beds, tv worked, laundry, very nice cottage”

“Cinque giorni di relax con una spiaggia bellissima ed una casetta proprio sulla sabbia, comoda, ben arredata. Il proprietario a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Raccomandata. Non adatta a chi cercasse la night Life.”

“Just an incredible property steps from the most amazing beach in the world. Very clean and well maintained. The very best communication with the owner that I have ever experienced and I travel a lot. Extremely organized and streamlined process creating less stress and a more enjoyable and relaxing vacation. 100 percent recommend and I will be back. Kenny G”

“Absolutely gorgeous property, conveniently located just steps to one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. It was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. Communication with the host was excellent and all suggestions were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is an awesome little cottage perfect for 4 people. The beach, which is one of the most beautiful in the world, is only steps from the cottage. Everything was new and well equipped. Nice towels and sheets as well. Having not to worry about renting a golf cart was key. I would stay here again anytime.”

“Awesome place, has everything you need and is in a great spot. Host is responsive to your questions and the ease of getting around on a golf cart is an added bonus.”

“Ideal condo. Bottom floor. Ample kitchen cooking utensils and equipment. Beachfront and pool front. The most relaxing vacation ever. Had beach towels and floats. Didn’t have to bring any extras. Will be back.”

“Nice updated unit. The only thing that it needs was a better stocked kitchen.”

“This is a new property. It appears to be very well built, extremely well decorated, and very clean and spacious. The host was amazingly responsive during our stay.”

“The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience.”

“Host was very welcoming and responded immediately to any questions or concerns that I had. Very cozy beach villa minutes away from the beach.”

“Wonderful condo, easy walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable and well stocked. It is helpful to rent a Golf Cart when you’re there to access the Beach Club & Restaurants. I would also recommend stocking up on groceries at the larger supermarket in Marsh Harbor, very limited market nearby. One of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever been to!”

“Our family & I had an amazing time staying at the villa. It is exactly as advertised, extremely well equiped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are perfect for the entire family with plenty of closet & storage space for longer term rentals. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need with great appliances. It’s located steps away from the beach which was ideal for our family of four including two toddlers. Both Sarah (owner) & Martha (property manager) were very responsive &...

“Douglas' condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, bedding comfortable, nice kitchen amenities and the ac in each bedroom plus living room worked GREAT. The condo is next door to the Bahama Beach Club and is a very easy walk there to eat their yummy food... We can't wait to return!”

“I booked really last minute so it was a bit of a scramble getting details about the rental and how to get in, but once I talked to the owners it’s was great and they were very kind. Place was clean and AC worked great.”
